From my memory, food, service etc. can always be rated as very good. The only drawback is: As a customer, I often have the feeling that there are no free places for arbitrary reasons or that certain reservations make it impossible to eat on site. Although I and my family love to visit Everding, we have often been sent home. That's a pity. Maybe some transparency would be helpful here? Some kind of online reports / Twitter messages whether there is still something free that day. Then you could save the trip, so to speak. As I said, I'm always completely satisfied otherwise. Were there for asparagus food and are all more than satisfied. The soup in advance was creamy and spiced just right. A neat portion of thick asparagus spears plus a schnitzel were enough. The dessert (we had cream brûlée) was awesome. Price performance fits. recommendable
